Need someone, who knows how to make badass animations!

So, here's the deal:

I came up with an idea of making post-hardcore + electronic version of Gorillaz - badass animations, with quite good music. I need someone, who knows how to make animations etc. Actually it will be a one-man virtual project, time will tell how this will evolve.

You're gonna be looking at paying a good chunk for solid animation for that much work. Figure your songs are 3 minutes in length, 24 frames per second for TV/30 for internet, you're looking at minimum 2100ish drawings and up to 2700 and that's again for a 3 minute music video - it only goes up from there.
