![]() | One of my favorite books is an improv and speed book by Guthrie Govan called "Creative Guitar 2: Advanced Techniques". There are also a number of alternative technique books that are quite good. One I recommend highly is Frank Gambale's "Speed Picking". Another book I really like is " The Guitar Grimoire: A Compendium of Formulas for Guitar Scales and Modes". It's a bit on the tedious side, but it has every scale, mode, and position you can think of. |
