I never needed a partner. I don't know anyone who couldn't manage without a partner.

Kinda... I can try. My way, like everyone else's way, will be (at best) idiosyncratic and odd, but I'll do what I can.

I do, more or less - I'll try to help, but I'm far from the best teacher so I can't guarantee much.

Because in a masterclass he already told me to practice it, but never said how!

Thanks a lot!

The Perfect Pitch course has nothing to do with relating to colours.
He uses colour as an example but doesnt actually make you remember F as green etc

It is a very good course, but it takes a lot of work.

The Relative Pitch course takes months of practice, im still on it now.

I think you are better of with the relative pitch course if you want to improvise/work out songs.

It takes a lot more than developing perfect pitch. I could work out notes on the guitar after a few hard working weeks. Now I can work out notes on most instruments with the exception of some synths and extremely high/low notes.

I would recommend this course for every musician, I only wish I didnt have this course when I was 5 years old.

Hmm, this synesthesia crap really has me interested. I often associate letters and numbers with genders. And I tend to have a color in mind when I listen to music (if I own the album then it'll be a similar color scheme to the album cover, if I don't then I make one up based on mood and feel)... does that make me synesthetic?

No. If you associate all songs on an album with the color on the album cover, then you are not synesthetic. Synesthetic people associate TONES (or key or whatever) with color, not entire albums. Synesthesia - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
