AWESOME site.

It's funny, the first track I tried out of curiosity was Master Of Puppets and MAN that was terrible. Some sort of a nasty MIDI melody.

Then I tried Surfing With The Alien and those were made pretty damn well.

Nice find. Yeah, some of them are some pretty icky midi stuff, but others are pretty good.

FREE Guitar Backing Tracks - Browse Downloads

I downloaded a bunch of these to practice with and to record with for fun.

Some of them kinda suck, but there's some really good stuff there. My favourite so far is the Killswitch Engage one, since it's only drums, and really good sounding. I may post some of my finished recordings at some point. Some of them seem more suited to live performance, as they have some of the extra guitar parts included for you to play around.
