And i thought it was pretty damn good. Great action, great story, special effects were kick ass, twists, turns. Its seemed like a more realistic portrayel if a "superhero" were to emerge in real life. I guess if i had to rate it, i'd give it a 4.5 out of 5.

Awesome, good to know that the movie isn't a letdown, 'cause the whole drunkard superhero thing really got me hyped up

I saw it yesterday. Its a pretty good movie. Very different to the usual superhero thing. It's very watchable.

i saw it monday with the girl, she got some preview tickets at work. awesome movie i thought. waaaay more targeted at adults than the commercials would have you think. perfect date movie really. Goofy, cute, kidwatchable, chicks will love it aspects abound, but then its got some raging alcoholism and cynicism, hot chicks, some decent action and (plot climax spoiler here)

even an axe murder!!!

like literally, the best possible "date movie" possible from a guys perspective

Oh, I thought it sucked. Not hard, just the kind of disappointing suckiness where you end up thinking 'it would have been sooo much better if they'd just have...'.

IMO that is the worst kind of suckiness though. If a movie just flat out sucks, you don't think about it, but if it had the potential to kick ass and it doesn't, I get all pissed off thinking about the small small changes they needed to make for the movie to be good (The Golden Compass is a good example).
My little brother saw this on Wednesday and said its pretty good - I think I'm going to check it out this weekend.
