White Man's Burden (1995)
Anyone else see this movie? I do belive it is VERY underrated. Sure they were pretty one sided and stereotypical, but that was the point, to look at two extreme sides of society, and make you look at things in a different light. I thought it had a great story, and a very emotional ending. I rarely enjoy movies, but this one is a great one.

Is this the movie with a scene where they were shooting at John Travolta in the street? Ive been trying to find that movie again for a long time......

Not a great film, I didn't hate it, but I felt it was just utterly ham-fisted in its approach. It had a point to make, but was as subtle as a battering-ram while making it.

I loved this movie. Juxtaposition madness! It was a cool, interesting take on a common phenomenon in America.
And it's nowhere NEAR as "ham-fisted" as you might think if you actually live in the urban inner city, here.  Trust me.
