![]() ![]() | You noobs could never handle a 12 hour director's cut marathon. We were taking bets on who would go crazy first. 3x4 hour movies FTW! "There's a party in Zepp's mouth and everyones coming" Origanally posted by Variant - Pulled from the river Styx, the mighty black oar of doom in hand! I certainly would not call this particular guitar an "axe" more like a club. Noodles' KxK would run through an emo, spilling his insides for a quick death, this blunt mace would bludgeon the unfortunate effeminate soul, breaking bones, and causing internal bleeding to lead only to a slow, painful death |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | * Buzz762 has also done that on more than one occasion (extended versions). My girlfriend and I had planned on watching all three of the extended versions back to back but it turned out one of us had to do something the next morning, so we ended up having to delay the watching of Return of the King until whichever one of us that had to do something the next day was done doing said thing. (Sorry, she's sitting right next to me and making sure my statement is 100% accurate, yet neither of us can remember which of us had something that required postponing the end of the marathon) I'm thinking I should make time to watch the Beverly Hills Cop trilogy back to back. I smell a day full of epic. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I've seen every single one of these films (both theatrical versions and extended versions) several times, but I've only sat down and watched them all back-to-back once - and that was with the extended versions (I don't own the regular versions. I bought the theatrical version of Fellowship before the extended edition was announced and then I went and bought the extended edition the day it came out and sold my theatrical version). It was LONG. It's a more comfortable experience to watch 1, then watch another one the next day, and then watch the last one the last day. Watching them all back-to-back is just absolutely crazy. Very epic, though. |

It is a solid 12 hours of being tied to a couch with only epicness to occupy you. _________________________ "Ah, she's built like a steakhouse but she handles like a bistro" - ZB My Soundclick Page |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | As much as I love the movies, I couldn't watch them all back-to-back. One at a time is epic enough for me. ![]() Don't tell me what I can't do. |

![]() ![]() ![]() | The only trilogy of movies I've seen back-to-back are The Godfather 1,2,3 and Die Hard 1,2,3. I've always liked the idea of watching the LOTR films, but have just never got around to it though. A local cinema to me (when 'The Return Of The King' was released) showed all 3 films back-to-back as a 'special event' type deal, which I was very tempted to go and see. |
