Just watched The Hills Have Eyes

So, in preparation for a possible jaunt to the movies this weekend, my brother and I just watched the first Hills Have Eyes movie.

Boy did that movie suck!

Sure, it was gruesome and gory... but the plot/story/acting SUCKED MY BALL!

For once I'd like to see a movie pit an intelligent family against monsters, instead of inept dumbasses, so I don't have to yell at the fucking movie!

Seriously, the DOG, Beast, was the best character in the movie, cuz he wasn't inept!

You are correct sir. That movie did indeed suck balls. It sucked lots of balls. I would love to see a group of family get cornered by a bunch of violent moron muntant and then outsmart the fuckers! That would bring me great joy.

What killed me was the elaborate Rube Goldberg device of exploding trailer that kid cooked up with his (fine ass) sister to defeat that bad guy. Then he goes and gets the guy's attention by shooting at him.

Hello?! He had a FUCKING GUN!

Still, I didn't hate the movie.

I watched the remake. I thought it was so-so. Not bad, but not particularly good either.

Just saw the remake's sequel in theaters (was kinda dragged into it by a few people)....probably one of the crappier horror movies I've seen recently. Though, I think most horror films suck.

I saw the first one and I enjoyed it. Haven't seen the second one, so I have no opinion yet, but will soon.
