As I write this it's January, and its 59 degrees outside my window, I'm in denial about why it's spring outside. It hasn't snowed yet and every other year I've been alive we have been balls deep in grey icy sludge. I'm watching a DVD my very good Jen burned for me, AND I'm FUCKING PISSED OFF. ELSEWHERE IN THESE PAGES, BY SHEER INSTINCT I'VE BEEN TELLING PEOPLE "WE'VE HAD THE TECHNOLOGY FOR CLEAN TRANSPORTATION FOR YEARS", AND NOW, ONCE AGAIN, PROOF IS BEFORE ME.

Seen an "Inconvenient Truth"? Great, now do what you have to and find this movie. The madness has the stop, the insanity has to stop, we have the power to change our future. Now, keep in mind, once we reduce our oil consumption WE WILL INTRODUCE MORE PROBLEMS, we will end up going to war with the other oil producing nations, and it won't be pretty, BUT someone will survive that war, no one will survive if the planet is dead.

I was gonna watch that movie just this past weekend with the wife but both her and her sister wanted to find something else... something more exciting to watch. But I will be watching it soon. I have to agree that this whole oil shit is way out of control. I like how they say in the trailer, "there are a trillion barrels of oil still accessible within the Earth's crust". What gets me is ok, so we have all this oil available. Is everyone too stupid to think about how damaging it would be throwing a trillion barrels of oil into the air? Cause that's exactly what we're doing - taking it out of the earth and putting it into the air. Sad sad group of people us humans are to put greed over our own races existance.
