Has anyone checked out these comics? Thoughts?

I mentioned the comic series in the dark tower thread I made, and I've read all the comics. The first series basically covers wizard and glass so I'd read the series first before I read the comics so as to not ruin the book. They're fun, though they skip parts here and there, but it's awesome to see the books as drawings. The background stories given at the end of each comic are pretty fun too. I look forward to the next series as they will cover things we never saw in the books so it should only get better.
