No it's not. You may have a bad tube or two somewhere in there. Luckily thats an easy fix and nothing major.

Hey, question now that I have the cab I can play the amp a lot. I noticed that there are like weird noises every once in a while "shushu""pshshs" and all that kind of stuff , is that normal?
