Fc's - around the $2500 range for non turbo models, my friend use to daily his so I assume they're reliable.
240's - around the $2000 range for an S13, a good friend of mine has one which is also his daily, I've driven it before... no power! but a pretty nice car none the less, and with 205k miles on the clock I'd imagine they last!
e30's - not a bimmer guy, but they seem to be in the $6500-7500 from what I've seen anyways
miatas - not a miata guy either, but they can be pretty fun track cars.
maybe supras - honestly it's hard to find one in good condition, I bought mine almost a year ago and it was in pretty rough shape. I've put alot of time and money into it to get this far, and I'm still not done. But I guess you could say that about any car.
if im lucky a '75 or earlier 240/260/280z - good condition Z's can be found for around $5000, so it's not impossible! If it's really what you want then my advice is to keep saving up. You don't want to be kicking yourself down the road.

Depends on what your budget is.

I only paid $3k for my Supra, but then again I've put some work into it.
