Digging the shit out of To Rotate, really soothed me after a good 5 straight hours studying... The leadwork is really tasty.

Adding 1.7k really did the trick, the guitars sound quite better now, and I've fiddled around with bass a lot more too. Anything else you have to add?

Oh yeah, that 0 0 0 part, I'm still trying to think of what to do there, cos I had an image of what I wanted to happen there, then I sort of lost it somewhere down the line. I'll come back to it at some point.

I said don't worry about mix! I should stress it is literally unmixed since track 1, so nothing really works from that.

Bass is a cheap 4 string going through POD Farm with some EQ and passing adding highs, cutting subs with a compressor doing some sub-taming.

What's going on with guitar is my 7 string tuned down to F in 10 gauge with a 60 on the bottom, so there's alot of bad intonation, fluffed notes and unintentional bends because of this, and therefore a lot of tuning problems. Again, it's being sorted out.

I'll definitely try adding some more presence though, that's probably the one thing I'm struggling to get with the tone, as well as an element of tightness in the tone itself. Point of referrence would be Monuments guitar tone here.

And yeah I just noticed the drums earlier today, so I brought the kick and cymbals up quite a bit, and made some adjustments with the snare.

Haha yeah, I wasn't putting much thought into bass at that point, it's better now, there are some changes through the whole thing in the new version on all instruments, you'll see when it's done.

Also, I keep thinking to myself to pull down track one because of the god awful drums in the intro I've been making sure to keep everything fresh since then, trying not to skip over some of the finer details.
