My guitar is ash with a maple neck/rw board. The Duncan Distortion 7 sounds killer in it. The bass is really tight and the treble is really well balanced. I use BKP's in my 6 string guitars and this pup sounds every bit as good.

Hey killertone, how are you doin' brother? I've seen in a thread of yours that you use a duncan distortion 7. Now i'm thinking of experimenting with that pickup on my seven, and i wanted to know what woods your guitar has and how does the pickup sounds to you (if it's too bassy, bright or not, too much mids). Will appreciate your help, thanks!
