I've been listening to them for years man. My step father bought their first album way back when, and it was a limited run of 5000 CD's so I guess it was luck of the draw that he bought it.

Hah no waste of time at all bro. I love Believer, own all of their albums, they do some pretty strange stuff sometimes especially on Gabriel.

I'll have to check out Sacrament though tonight. If you like older Fates Warning check out Salem Spade, Heir Apparent and Warlord.

Can't say that I have, not a big death metal fan, but I'll definitely give them a listen with an open mind.

That's the good stuff man. Older Annihilator, first couple Kreator albums, Heathen, Forbidden, Anacrusis, Evildead, Donor... Those were bands, including the ones you yourself mentioned, that made technical skill shine in whole new lights. I miss that flare and skill in today's metal.
