Yeah that's one good point.. It was nice turning 18 and being able to get into more metal shows. We went to tons of rock and metal shows back in the day, even in Hattiesburg. And we'd sneak drinks and listen to death metal and shit. Haddenfield Massacre was our favorite band to see.
Now i'll soon be 24 and I'm like the boring old guy. I don't go to bars, not even for shows. And I stay away from the booze now! The only concerts I've seen lately have been at the Biloxi coliseum or at the arena or dome in New Orleans, and that's cuz I like to sit down at the show That's just sad.

Ah yes...You're now in that sad period between 18 and 21, where you can go to the bar and see and smell the alcohol and see everyone else drinking, but you are completely forbidden by law from indulging in it It's like purgatory.
It's funny cuz I felt the same way when I turned 18, but by the time I turned 21 I had completely stopped drinking.
