Nice, I hope you have a great trip then! Although I'd definitely recommend that you should come in the second half of July if you want to come here, it's easily the best period to be on the Faroe Islands. I live in Sweden now, I study sound engineering, but I still spend my summers in the Faroes.

Yeah, i'll be there next spring or fall. My flatmate was there for a few days before she continued to iceland and she was saying only good things about your place. So that got me interested since i wanted to see someting new anyways.
Good to know that the independence is a touchy subject, i won't bring it up with Faroese people

Basically it's because we get lots of financial support from Denmark every year, and the standard of life would probably be lower if we became fully independent. And we'd pretty much be forced to join the EU, and I don't know if that'd be better or worse for various reasons. But it's a very touchy subject here, lots of people are very passionate about independence :P Are you planning on coming to The Faroe Islands?

Oh man, i forgot you guys are part of the Danish Empire. Why the hell are you still under their rule (well, you've got autonomy and all but still, on paper the Danes are ruling)?

When I talked to Terji, he claimed to be the only guitarist in the Danish kingdom who has his own LACS. It's a lot more convenient(and cheaper I think) to travel by plane, just make sure to order early if you want to come, as it'd save you a lot.

You know, there's not a lot of guitarists from the faroer islands that are endorsed by Ibanez

By the way, what is cheaper if i want to travel to your islands, plane or ship?
