Hi!
Hey there, I'm new around here, I'm 33 years old & living in a suburb of Washington, D.C.; I've been playing for about 20 years now (although my playing ability doesn't exactly reflect that) and did my time in a few grindcore/hardcore/indie bands with some touring here and abroad until deciding that being trapped in a van with four other dudes was not how I wanted to spend my time; now I'm a working dad and just do recording projects from time to time for my own gratification.
My main guitar is a Carvin DC727. I've been using a seven-string for about 10 years now (my first was an Ibanez 7621 that fell out of the back of a van - DOH!) Great forum & I look forward to chatting with you guys. Cheers! |

 this is a great forum. My background is pretty similar to yours, though sans the touring. Hope you enjoy it here!
