Even paint

when i was sanding my 7321 there were spots that came out with holes, ....ed up wood and my sister dropping my guitar. so i did wood filler, but what i want to know is if i paint will it come out even or do i need a clear coat then paint?

I assume you're going with a solid color.

What you're going to need to do is sand the spots where you used filler flat. Then, apply a sand-able primer. After you get that nice and smooth, you do the color coat, and then, depending on the paint you're using, you can then apply a clear-coat.

by your description with bumps etc yes you do.
the filler does exactly what the name suggests the prime is there to provide good ground and chemical connection for your main paint.
I painted my first build (swamp ash) completely with siller and then sanded it . It took me a lot of sanding to get rid of all the uneven spots and bumps and even 3 times to paint it complete over again but in the end I had nice and clean surface to apply my paint on.
after i applyed the paint i could clearly see every spot that i was too lazy to finish sanding it right.
take your time with sanding and prepering because that is the secret for good result.

If you're going to paint it with a solid color, it's very important to apply several coats of primer, sanding in between applications. But this is a very hard job, you would need a booth, and etc.
