Need Help with Supplies for Ibanez Universe UV777

I need three things:

The Bozo I bought the guitar from actually modified to a Perloid Pickguard and Truss cover with a Duncan JB7 in the bridge

So yea I want to revert it to stock with the exception of the Blaze Custom
Which from what I've read makes the guitar become more alive

Any help with these things I'd appreciate it.

I have a blaze custom I took out of my UV777. But shipping costs might be a bit ridiculous?
