Attn: Division, Periphery, and other DC area bands

trying to find a show somewhere in the Baltimore/Washington area for my death/thrash metal band Summoning Hate on April 26. Jaxx is out of the question since they have a show going on there already that night, and they don't like non-local bands that aren't nationals anyway.

need to find a venue and some bands to play with...whether it's getting added to a bill for a show that's already scheduled, or setting something up. we don't really care where we are in the running order, but if we can get a show in that area for the 26th, that'd be awesome.

the person who was the inspiration for this idea just told me they might not be able to make it, so maybe it won't happen....i dunno. talk to me anyway!

Well, we've actually got a show in Essex that night, but a.) the bill is full, and b.) we're not booking it. Sorry.

The Black Hole has metal on tuesday nights (at least), i believe... and the Ottobar is another metal-friendly venue....

that's why i said "at least". they may extend beyond that, but they at least guarantee metal on tuesdays... so you know metal heads frequent the club. the have plenty of live music through the weekend.

places that you could look into in the dc area would be Ottobar in baltimore, ive seen a couple shows at The Talking Head also in baltimore. Also you could look into some of the places that have large house shows regularly such as corpse fortress(heard they potentially got closed down recently)

Hey dude also take a look at Sonar, they have been great to us and Fletchers is another good metal venue, unfortunately we will be on tour on the 26th so we wont be able to play.

See if you can book either Flemmings or even Recher Theatre (They spell it that way) if it's possible.
