Sleep Problems

I have some really poor sleep, I wake up feeling way more tired than I felt before I went to bed. This is something I've been trying to solve for a long time.

I was passing out at around 10:00pm, waking up at 6:30, sleeping on the bus for 45 minutes, and still feeling way too rediculously tired to stay up in class. I'll sleep through on average 2 classes a day, and even when I get home I'm WAAAAY to tired to even think.

The reason I know its so bad, was about a month ago I slept in pj pants, with jeans and belt, two layers of socks, an Adidas climalite thing, a sweater and all wrapped in my housecoat with a comforter and 3 blankets on top. I woke up... Well like I expect the rest of you too

This worked WONDERS for about 2 weeks, and it slowly just stopped working so potent, and I began to slip back (albeit not so rediculously bad as before).

Things to consider:

-I'm a vegetarian, I do take lots of multi-vitamin

Thoughts and suggestions here guys? I could REALLY use your help

I'm not 100% sure too answer, but I'd say excessively cold. I'm usually freezing, but that may be due to my room (which is naturally pretty cold).

go to a doctor and take a check up test, see if your missing anything import in your diet or if your getting to much out of something, those multivitamin potions/tabletts are 90% bullshit and 10% watter.

I cant sleep when Im cold either, and I get cold often because I have anemia, but you might have anemia a little because you dont eat red meat, you could be low on iron.

Des is right, ask your doctor to make sure there isnt anything you're not missing in your diet, there are some good vitamin brands out there but also crappy ones, apparently the Men and Women's One A Day has nothing in it according to my doctor. GNC makes some good ones. As a veggie you could just be not getting enough of the protein and or vitamins you need.

I have those same problems (along with other symptoms such as depression and bad circulation (and yes, I do work out and eat healthily) though), but when I went to the doc - they said I was fine and that it was normal considering my age (I was about 17 at this time).

So, I waited. Now I'm 19 and things haven't gotten any better. So I went to the homeopath. According to him it's partly due to an overconsumption of penicillin as a child (I had recurring ear infections). So I'm doing his treatment now - time will tell if it will make me feel any more energised.

What about you? Were you on penicillin and stuff a lot? Since I don't know if this will have any effect this post might be useless - but I thought I'd share anyways.

Homeopathy are on the same level as Scientology. A lot of money and few results, I would think twice and do a lot of research before going into something like that.

Do some light excercise before you go to bed. That works for some people.

You shake your ass but you're already dead.

Stop milk, if you drink it. Exercise. There's no excuse for not being able to do at least 20 min of cardio per day. THE KIND WHERE YOU SWEAT. Not 1/2 assed walk on the treadmill cardio. Take a quality B vitamin supplement. Eat more vitamin B-containing foods — oats, barley, wheat bran, avocado, salmon, Brazil nuts and others. Stop telling yourself that you don't sleep, that's setting you up for INSTA-PHAILURE.

GUESS WHAT I'VE GOT? Fitzgibbons 5000 ultra synapse accellerator which allows me to think faster than the masses and phase in and out of the matrix at will.
