I think I may have carpal tunnel syndrome

After years of sitting at a desk and doing computer work for my job I think I may be getting this. I'm starting to get a lot of pain in the right side of my hand and fingers which is my mouse hand. Or maybe I'm just getting old and have developed arthritis. I don't know but it pissing me off.

Anyone else have this?

Yes, in both hands, operated on 10 years apart. The pinky side of my hand went numb which sucked mightily.

Get the book "It's not carpal tunnel, RSI for computer programmers", it has lots of good stretches and exercises for helping to releave the symptoms. Very often a RSI is misdiagnosed as CTS.

That sucks dude, I would go to a doctor and get it checked out. I hope it isn't, though dude.

It's actually been feeling better lately so now I'm thinking I might have just strained my wrist and it healed.
