Spent most of last weekend with a power sander getting one bastard of a veneer (that put up one hell of a fight) off my ibby body and since then my wrists have been abit weak and almost painful when playing guitar or doing most things really. Iv been oiling the body other this last week and I found myself struggling to even hold my paint brush while oiling it.

i dont really know much about things like tendonitis and I don’t thing its nearly as bad to say that’s wat it is but still … worrying.
Im trying not to play or do anything that needs more than a small amount of effort atm which sucks but don’t wanna risk hurting myself.

My diet is a joke! Litrully 1 pizza and maybe some other shit that’s just as unhealthy if at all! Sometimes I don’t eat for days.
I been meanin to sort my health out (diet and exercise etc) for a while and now seems like a gooda time as any as im sure a crap diet like I got atm wont help my arms recover.

Anyone got any advice from experience or whatever?

Ice it, take some ibuprofen, and see if you can buy those splints for your wrists and wear them for a while. That is, if you're not going to go to the doctor, it's what I'm doing now, while waiting for my doctor's appointment. I haven't played guitar in like a month, and only sporadically before that because my wrists have been fucked too

Get some of these too. If your wrists hurt all the time, wear them all the time. If it's not TOO bad and only hurts when you do shit, I'd say just wear it at night. Then again, I'm no doctor, but it can't hurt

tis usualy in the mornings when they hurt most.
