The scary thing is, back before 2001, I was a gym rat. Five or six days a week, I was in there. I ate right, I was around 7% body fat, and I looked/felt great. Then I got laid off, and I couldn't afford it anymore. I'm just now at the point of dragging myself back in.

I know what I'm doing, and that is the damnable misery of it. Looking at the weight rack, and walking by what I used to lift to gram something that weighs half as much. I am NOT looking forward to leg day.

Any rate, I know the feeling. For whatever reason, every winter I lag, and just kind of slack off on working out. But spring comes and I get all the motivation back. Heh. last fall, I would rip off 25 pull-ups, and be sorta tired, y'know, but it was more, "I'm booooored." and so I'd move on. Easy.

When I started back about a month ago, it was all I could do to do 5.
