I have tons, but first i'll go with eggy bread.
It's a typically british thing i think, but if u've never had it, do it!

2 eggs, cracked and whisked up in a bowl, add a drop of milk if you like it a bit sweeter,

get 2 slices of bread, put one on a plate, poor the egg on it, spread it around a bit, it may create a pool ontop but just wait for it to soak in, then do it with the other slice. The bread needs to be really soaked in the egg to get it right.

get a pan really hot, and fry those fuckers on both sides! But fry one side for a few seconds, so it's sealed, but not overly cooked, so then when you bite into it the egg's still a bit gooey where it's mixed with the bread, and it's fuckin lovely

We call that french toast here fucking delicious. Try putting some sugar and vanilla extract in with the batter, and its amazing. The sugar makes the outside kind of crispy, and so it goes perfectly with the slightly gooey inside.
And the vanilla extract just tastes good.

Dont know that i quite have a single favorite snack though, i mainly just like to eat everything i can find to eat.

Edit: Oh fuck, i guess banana bread counts. Love that shit. I'm allergic to nuts though so my recipe is sans, but the only difference is:
pour some fucking nuts into the batter before you bake it.

And this is something you make before you want to snack on it as it takes an hour to bake.

Ingredients:

• 1-3/4 cup flour
• 2/3 cup sugar
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup mashed-as-fuck bananas (should be about 2 or three, let em get real ripe first so theyre nice and squishy)
• 1/3 cup butter
• 2 tablespoons milk
• 2 eggs
• ----
• and 1/4 cup nuts if thats your thing

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

First,
Mix ONLY ONE cup of the flour, the sugar, the baking powder, the baking soda, and the salt, into a bowl. Then add your bananas, your milk, your eggs, and your butter. Mix this shit until its pretty good and consistent. Then mix in the rest of the flour. This is where you would add nuts if you were so inclined. Mix well again.
Then,
pour this shit into a bread-shaped pan, and bake for about 55-60 minutes, or until the toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.

I make a lot of that stuff, but I had about a 1/2 cup of chocolate chips in at the end, with walnuts. The bitterness of the nuts cuts a little of the sweetness of the chips and makes for a very rich flavor indeed!
