They made us start doing this yoga thing while I was in the 8th grade in gym class. I just found everything they had us doing painful and unnatural.

Several years later, I started getting into eastern religions and decided to give yoga another try. I've had much more success with it this time--I spend about 20-30 minutes every morning doing it. Never taken a formal class on it, though. Found more than enough information for it online.

I used to be really in to yoga, haven't done it for a while, would like to take it up again though as it is great conditioning.

Dwellingers will become famous soon enough
yoga is awesome - but here are some diffrent styles also. I was on a course where we had the Corpus Vitalis kinda Yoga - a lot of focus on physical and mental relaxation, Really cool as a supplent for mere physical hard sports or weight lifting. I though of diggin in to it some more for my self because it helped alot on my mental-state also - buuttt you cant have time for everything. I suggest you try it out and give some response in this thread on your thoughts afterwards.
