27 days to build definition/mass/look good

I'm going on a trip in 27 days. I'm sadly one of the leanest mofos around, 10.5% fat last BMI thing I did. I'm 5'11"-6'0" and 150lbs dead on.

So, I already don't look bad, but I just want to look a lil better, and since I'll be working out on the trip as well, I figured I'd use this oppertunity to start and continue a workout and health routine. Really its the motivation.

Anyways, any tips on what I should be buying and eating, taking into consideration that I'm a vegetarian and don't eat any kind of fish.

And most importantly, what I should be doing in terms of daily/weekly routine up till the trip.

And if I have too... Perhaps I'll take pictures of my progress
