Collard Greens!

Well tonight was the first time I have ever had them, and I have to say I liked them alot!
A coworker of mine said that she was making some for dinner and I asked her to bring me some in to try. Great stuff

never had it. looks a bit like spinach though, does it taste anything like it?

Tastes nothing like spinach. And the texture of it is more firm were as spinach is mushy.
