Colorado whiskey, 'bout $50 bucks a pop. Micro-distillery, hand bottled. They are next door neighbors to the Flying Dog microbrewery, and they rent a vat for their fermentation.

It is apparently made like a cross between Scotch and bourbon in the distillation process. 100% pure barley malt. Rocky Mountain water. Actually saw a bit about it last night on... History, or Discovery channel, something like that.

Sounds grrrrrreat!
