Have any odd/strange eating habits?

The one that seems to disgust everyone who has seen me do it. When I have pancakes I place a chunk of butter in the centre and gradually mix maple syrup into it until it is thick and creamy, I then spread it a few mm's thick over the pancakes.

My stepdad does this, but he adds peanut butter too.

I routinely eat "salad" which is comprised of nothing but lettuce, shit tons of apple cider vinegar, and salt. and i eat alot of it. alot

I also salt everything to fuck and back. like, to the point where some pretty non health conscious people tell me to be careful. oddly, my sodium levels are just BELOW perfect. my doctor and i suspect my body processes sodium too fast.

plus i eat till im uncomfortable. im only 5'9" or so and ~140 lbs. I eat around 3200 calories a day on average. if i dont force myself to eat well after im full, i lose weight fast

Whats so weird about butter and maple syrup on pancakes? its just more of it, not strange at all imo.

Yeah I don't understand why people think it's weird, I can sort of understand disgusting because they think it's too much butter. I don't do for added flavour or anything like that, I do it because I hate how when you put syrup or honey on pancakes or bread it goes crystallised. When you mix them it not only tastes better but it feels better and IMO texture is an important part of taste.

thats pretty mediterranean stylish lettuce there, using red wine, white wine or apple cider vinegar, but with olive oil and salt. i do that most of the time cus i have a similar problem:

i also eat alot of vegetables/salad, but i can't eat it without salt. dont like tomato slices, cucumber, anything like that without salt poured directly on it. without it tastes nothing or shit and it feels like eating wet paper and it gets stuck in my throat

also, my favourite type of pizza has (beside the basic cheese+ham+tom.sauce): tuna and pineapple, drenched in bearnaise sauce. i get alot of "wtf?"'s for that

i also over-fry everything, i have no problems with toasts being really black on the edges, or fried meat being really well done (can still be juicy tho if fried on a really high temperature). this is a problem for me, because 99% of all the food i have ever had outdoors is usually way to doughy, pale or tasteless too me. sometimes i have to send it back to get it "properly" done cus its by far not finished cooking/frying. bread in stores, pizza at many places are all just white and doughy, not enough golden crust to make it tasty. and lets not start on fast-food..

seriously, most people in this world are way to fast to put the food on a plate when really it should have stayed in the pan/oven for alot longer. its a fine balance, but really, most of the food served isnt half done. to me

Instead of Tuna Mayo sandwiches i have Tuna BBQ, just canned tuna fish mashed up with a dickload of BBQ sauce, fucking amazing!

Ketchup only on most foods. Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, etc. If I am feeling adventurous I will put cheese on it
