that article doesn't bother me at all. if you took that to the extremes, what would you be able to eat? no prepared foods, no bottled beverages ,etc..
can we really live that way? i can't. shit, i eat raw shellfish and sushi on occasion.
i just hope that if some jackoff in the kitchen slaps his meat on my meat, he did it when it was raw. i do have some order of hygeine.
