CARDIO - what's on your MP3?
i find different people need different things to keep them running / rowing / training. other than the sound of unicorns weeping in time to the sound of a turbine failing, recently i’ve been pounding the ground to:

I used to listen to Hate Eternal. So fucking relentless, you just can't stop running
Now, I don't exercise. But if I did, it would probably be Hate Eternal, or something else br00tal as fuck. |

When I'm rowing I tend to throw on some All Shall Perish, they tend to keep a fairly steady upbeat, but with slower breakdowns that allow me to cool down mid workout. Great stuff for working out full stop actually. I tend to listen to it a lot when I work out as their slower tempos make it easy to find the beat and rep to it, while the faster paced stuff just gets you very well worked up.
I tend to listen to a lot of The Black Dahlia Murder too, anything from Unhallowed onwards never really wavers from mid-tempo upwards. ![]() |

CHaosphere never really loses a pounding overall sense of rhythm.
Follow the drums and you'll be fine. I run to NMCC, but I'm a big fan of Neurotica and The Primitive Instruments of Torture for slow methodical repwork. ![]() |

I pick episodes of shows to watch on my Sansa - when the show's over, I stop running.

my running song: becomming bt pantera. its so mechanical, i can run to the beat of it, and its drowns out the sound of me strugling to breath
...Each guitarist has an evil fat 40 year old blueswankler trying to get out, If you give in to temptation you'll be sitting next to a fender playing john lee hooker while trying to keep your combover in place.
