Superpump 250

Anyone looking for a pre-workout formula should check this stuff out. I've taken a few different kre-alkaline supplements, but this one is fuckin' great

SuperPump 250 by Gaspari Nutrition - Supplements101.com

I ignorantly paid $55 for it at GNC, but I'll probably get it from here from now on if it stays at $39.95.

I've been using it for about a week now and I've had great results. I can workout longer and my reps are far more focused. I'm sure I could do a little more weight, but I'm more about toning and core training (3-4 sets of 10-12 reps, very slow while working on breathing techniques and using my abs to help stabilize). Anyone looking to build lean muscle should try it out; it doesn't taste too bad and it definitely adds endurance.

I've always wanted to try this stuff. Haha sucks that you got suckered at GNC. Check out White Flood by Controlled Labs and I cant say I've had any complaints with N.O. Xplode.

A lot of the NO explode users switched to superpump, IIRC. my friend in the navy said him and all his friends alternate between the two

Ah so its basically similar to NO explode? I just take a few scoops of this morning, pre workout and at bedtime

I actually decided to pick up MRI'S Black Powder, which is also a pre-workout N.O. product. Had really good reviews on bb.com and I'll put a review on here once i start using it.

Hows he liking the bp? I personally love it, doesnt make me jittery and incredible pumps. Taste quite good too.
