It's really weird, because what works for one person doesn't necessarily work for the other.
I used to train in a variety of things pretty seriously, and I was working out with some guys who ate nothing but fast food all day that were ripped, and guys who ate water chestnuts, seaweed, and brown rice, and guess who was in shape and who wasn't... I think that the above information is great, but what it really boils down to is a person's particular body chemistry, metabolism, and training regimen. |

You can probably make it 10-20% better than YOUR specific metabolism rate, which is what the basis for diet and exercise is. Increasing metabolic rate.
But there are just some phenomenons out there that just make you just shake your head and think twice... |
