![]() ![]() ![]() | It's really weird, because what works for one person doesn't necessarily work for the other. I used to train in a variety of things pretty seriously, and I was working out with some guys who ate nothing but fast food all day that were ripped, and guys who ate water chestnuts, seaweed, and brown rice, and guess who was in shape and who wasn't... I think that the above information is great, but what it really boils down to is a person's particular body chemistry, metabolism, and training regimen. |

I used to train with a guy who was about 6'2", 185 lbs, that never really worked out, ate whatever he wanted, and was ripped to the T and STRONG. You can't "rewire" Ricki Lake's or Oprah Winfrey's metabolism to do that. | |

![]() ![]() ![]() | You can probably make it 10-20% better than YOUR specific metabolism rate, which is what the basis for diet and exercise is. Increasing metabolic rate. But there are just some phenomenons out there that just make you just shake your head and think twice... |
