Question Bison Tastes like...
Meat I had some ground bison and it tasted very similar to ground beef. Made bison burgers Also it's better for you than ground beef. Plus the FDA doesn't allow bison to be raised with any hormones added or medicines.

Why would anyone hate on you for that? Anyone who eats chicken or beef but thinks there is something wrong with eating horse is a hypocrit.

I personally really like horse meat - both Korean style and Japanese style. It's pretty expensive, so I don't eat it very often, but it's very good. I have also heard that it's pretty good for you.

Other things that are pretty tasty but people don't really eat in the US is whale which is quite good and dolphin which is kinda tasty.

I'd try cat and dog and stuff, as long as I didn't know them (and like them) before they were made into meat, same with humans.
