How do people not wash their hair? @_@ All my friends tell me that i shouldn't wash my hair everyday rather condition it everyday or some poohah but my head is incredibly itchy now.

My hair gets nasty when I sleep on it, I am required by the law in my head to wash it every day. Blow drying/brushing your hair is really what does it in.

If I don't scrub my head at least daily it actually starts to hurt.

It's the chemicals and heat that fuck it up. Use good shampoo and conditioner (none of that combo crap) and let it air dry. Your hair will be mucho healthy.

* BigM55 is a "used-to-be-long-hair" but had to grow up. :-(

It supposes to let the natural oils out or something but damn if natural oils make my head itchy, imma just shampoo it (did shampoo it after posting this thread) and then dunk my head in vegetable oil or something.
