That was really interesting. I thought #8 was the most interesting of them all. I thought #1 wasn't completely true in that it pretty much only focused on caucasians. Black and Asian men are not after blonde-haired women. I mean, if you do the evolutionary thing they're talking about, you zoom back 3000 years ago to Africa and a black tribal leader says, "You want a yellow haired woman? What the? What kind of bizarre thing is that? Are you insane?" Or, 3000 years ago in China, "Well, yes, sir, we CAN dye your wife's hair yellow, but why on earth would you want to do such a thing?" In Europe, I can understand that because there ARE blonde-haired people, but there are no naturally blonde-haired Africans or Asians.

Exactly my thoughts. There were other places where they did the same thing, but #1 was the most obvious and was the only area where they pretty much focused on NO ONE BUT CAUCASIANS.

Also, the comments about why men like big breasts is factually incorrect. Before the Meiji period in Japan, big breasts were not considered a positive characteristic. It was the West that changed Japan into focusing on large breasts (nowadays bigger-than-average breasts in Japanese movies, porno, etc. is the thing and a lot of guys look for that in a girl. It was not like that before the West's influence). I studied this kind of cultural sexuality a little in college and it was interesting because I've met a lot of men even today in Japan who find very large breasts revolting (as in "very large" from a caucasian standpoint).

Those comments about large breasts would be true in reference to whites and blacks, but not in reference to a lot of traditional Asian cultures (and I'm sure there are other cultures like that as well). What they were making out to be specifically related to MALE HUMANS actually has more to do with culture than anything else. In general, valued sexual characteristics are the differences between male and female exaggerated (women have bigger breasts than men, so they exaggerate them to be very big. Women are smaller than men, so they exaggerate them to be a lot shorter and skinnier. Women have softer features than men, so they exaggerate them to have very soft features. Women traditionally have lighter skin than men, so they exaggerate them to have much lighter skin (the weird tanning thing in the US among women started in the 1940s-1950s as a status symbol to show that you had money to go on vacation to warm climates), etc. etc. In the same way, you exagerate men the other way: very tall, very muscular, straight physique (instead of the small waist they exaggerate on the female), etc. etc.).

Anyway, not exactly sure what I'm trying to say except that the article did seem very ethnocentric and short-sighted in a lot of its points.

It's from Psychology Today, which is like reading Guitar World's reader polls to find out who's a good guitarist. This is a nice puff piece, with some grains of truth buried in a lot of over-simplification - which, I think, aptly describes the magazine it's lifted from.
