Annoying pains

Hey guys. Recently I've been getting really pissed off. All the usual exercises that I've been doing for ages are starting to hurt me. I get aches in my chest, back pains, biceps hurt and it's really disturbing my work outs. I have to stop everytime even though I want to carry on.

I'm doing all the usual stretches and lifting things safely. So what can be causing these problems? Should I rest my body for a while and then pick it up again in like a week?

Make sure you have rest periods between your work out sessions and days. The muscle needs to heal after being stretched and ripped.

Also you want to do cardiovascular exercise before starting the weights as it will get you sweating and your heart pumpng thus increasing oxygen flow to your muscles.

I fully agree.

For first take a break (7/10 days). During this break try to stay relaxed, sleep at least 8 hours per night in a relaxing position. A good sleep is what you can use for oxigenation aside the cardio. And remember that goin to sleep "early" and waking up "early" makes your body enjoy the most useful range of sleep hours to rebuild and oxigenate tissues (well, I'n not telling you to live like a monk! just a suggestion: don't go bed and wake up too late everyday). You seem to need a sort of "recharge".

Then check what you eat.
Can u briefly describe which is your actual food regimen, please?

Sure, Usually its

Bowl of cereal for breakfast

then around 12/1 o clock it's turkey slice sandwhiches, with very very little butter on wholemeal bread.

Dinner is usually 7/8 o clock so during the afternoon I may have something small like a tiny piece of choclate or I'll have sugar free chewing gum and drink more water.

Dinner is usually a Jacket potato with grilled chicken breast and I try to include as many vegatables as I can find.

I'm allergic to fruit which is rather frustrating, as I do like eating fruit but can't as it's not a nice experience after ive eaten it, so I have fruit juice instead.

It's not like this everyday, every week for every month. I sometimes have something else but always have the healthiest option. I only eat something like pizza or chinese maybe once a month and I stay away completely from mcdonalds or burger king.

How can you be allergic to fruit and not fruit juice?

Because fruit juice is usually boiled. When i eat fruit it feels as though my gums, lips, tongue and throat are swelling up. My throat gets very irritated too. But with fruit juice that doesn't happen. It's weird.
