Healthy lunch ideas?

Salads are great healthy foods, but really only if you use low/non-fat dressings and don't overdo it with the fatty stuff. Stay away from iceberg lettuce as well as it has absolutely no nutritional content to it at all.

but aren't bad for you either..Why eat romaine if i dont like the taste? i got all my vitamains from my multi vitamin.

Lunch is a bitch because a lot of people are stuck somewhere they can't cook. Man, if you can afford it, fresh fish and lightly steamed (or nuked) vegetables is the best. I love salmon.

And no butter. You don't even need it anyway. Just plain fucking salmon and the sweet, crunchy vegetables. I would love to eat this way, but I can usually only afford to eat crap.

Lunch is easy for me. We get free lunch (and not any old canteen shit - proper restaurant fare) at work and it's calorie counted. We get updated menu's on the Intranet everyday. The benefits of working for a big American company.

I didn't intend that to come across as me saying it was bad for you. I was just saying that there's nothing in it that your body can actually use. Didn't actually learn about that until I got an iguana and found that to be on the DO NOT FEED list.
