Best Workout Music
what kind of music do you guys listen to when you work out? i mean, i'm sure it's obviously something with a solid uptempo beat, but anything specifically that you reach for consistently? for me:
I have a radical idea. The door swings both ways,
we could reverse the particle flow through the gate. We'll cross the streams. |

Pantera here. Nothing gets me in the workout mood more than a good blast of Vulgar Display.

Oh man. It's been such a long time since I've actually gotten to pick my own workout music... I haven't worked out since I took a weight training class last year though
I have really gotta get back into it but just need to get motivated. I keep saying I'll do it Monday, but every monday I either forget or overdo it and then am too sore on tuesday to really want to continue. But anyways, in that class I always got stuck listening to whatever rap was on the radio.. You Detroit guys here probably have been unfortunatly exposed to 102.7 at some point. In all fairness though, it did actually make for decent workout music at times. If I can get back into a decent workout regiment, I'll probally go with some Godsmack, Pantera, and Black Label Society but I'll leave out ther acoustic stuff. As much as I may like it, I don't want to listen to something so mellow while I'm trying to get motivated. I think a lot of 80s metal could also make for good workout music. |
