I'm working on the later, as occaisonal snacking is actually supposed to be good for you as long as it's healthy stuff, but it makes it hard.
Chew your food more and you will feel full sooner.

I stopped smoking today, I haven't had nicotine cravings yet but I'm finding the habit cravings difficult to deal with and I am eating a lot more than I normally would. I keep going to roll a smoke without thinking about it and when I realise what I am doing the craving begins, I've been coping with it by exercising and eating.

That's good. Though if you want to see physical progress, take a picture of yourself, then another 6 or so weeks later and compare them to see where you're at.

Do what i do, just play xbox, although gradually you will become obsessed with keeping your KDR higher than 1.50 then it just gets frustrating and you just angry when its not that high and get even more stressed. Ignore the last few sentenses, i just realized what i did

Hmm. I sort of have the problem of eating when I'm bored too. I really don't like it.

The only thing that really makes it go away is playing guitar/recording for a long period of time. I get into some sort of "zone", and seriously, it's like I wake up three hours later with a finished song and I'm like "Fuck, I should have been hungry that whole time!"
