Just go to a football match and sit in the wrong section with the wrong colours, chances are you'll get more than a head x-ray.

You're gonna have a tough time getting one done, unless you actually can befriend an X-Ray tech or someone actually capable of ordering an X-Ray for you. Your best bet would be to head down to your local A&E department and complain of some sort of head trauma. You'd have to find a way to get the x-ray from them as you generally aren't able to take it with you.

I've actually got an x-ray of my cervical spine from a severe neck injury I had. I fractured my C5 vertebra. After talking with the doc a bit, he gave me one of the x-rays (they took quite a few) to take home with me but that is not very common for them to do.

Alternatively, have someone smack you hard on the head and go to A&E.
