Motionbased.com (GPS Training tracker)
I've posted this before, but finally started using it. I have a Garmin eTres Summit HC GPS, and it saves routes, tracks, etc. Motionbased.com lets you upload your trips into it, directly from your GPS along with all the data it captures. If you have a higher end GPS, it will also track things like your heart rate, pulse, etc.
Here's a short ride I just took around the block just to test it out: http://trail.motionbased.com/trail/activity/5926829 You can categorize everything you do by activity (cycling, running, motorcycling, driving, etc) and share/compare routes and stuff with other MB members. You can also export it to Google Earth/Maps. And it's free. ![]() Damn good stuff. |

Here's a better example. I just got back from about a 45 minute ride through NH, and here's the route:

You can get my GPS (no HR monitor) for like $175-200 on eBay, and the better ones with HR for around $275-300. They have waterproof ones as well, so you could even track your sets surfing.

Man, how I would love to have one of those for cycling, as that would be awesome. To have a higher-end one with heartrate, etc, would be even more awesomer.
![]() * Sentient doesn't know if "awesomer" is a real word, but feels sure you know what he means. |

Yeah, I'm pretty sure I'm gonna upgrade to the HR model very soon.
Just did a quick hour loop: ![]() http://trail.motionbased.com/trail/activity/5947729 |
