Anyone swim?
I'm all proud of myself. I started swimming three months ago to try to pass my municipal lifeguarding test. I weighted 176 pounds, and it took me about 12 minutes to swim 440 meters (if I could even finish it at all). I promised myself I would become a beach lifeguard this year. For that I needed a time of 6:40 or under. I first swam 6:41. Then 6:44 (finals week started). Then 6:47 (finals week ended). Today I swam the 440 meters in 6 minutes, 39 seconds, and some extra fractions of a second. I weighed myself after eating (a nice big dinner (and after my carb-up) and I was at 162 pounds.
Now I can work as a beach lifeguard this summer. I'll finally make enough money for a car, cell phone, and halfstack (which are all things I'm currently lacking). |

I thought everyone can swim
I used to go swimming all the time now the only thing I go in the water to do is surf. In primary school after we got all our swimming certificates we were given a day at the pool to get a long distance certificate, basically see how far you can swim. I got bored of it at 1500 m. I've still got the certificate somewhere. |

I've been swimming since I was... shit, 2? Early, really, because I was in floats. Stopped being in floats at 2 or 3, I dunno.
I swim like a fucking fish.

"There's a party in Zepp's mouth and everyones coming"
Origanally posted by Variant - Pulled from the river Styx, the mighty black oar of doom in hand! I certainly would not call this particular guitar an "axe" more like a club. Noodles' KxK would run through an emo, spilling his insides for a quick death, this blunt mace would bludgeon the unfortunate effeminate soul, breaking bones, and causing internal bleeding to lead only to a slow, painful death |

I swam competitively from the age of 10-16. (Or as competitive you can be at that age )I was the fastest swimmer in my age group on my team from 10-15, and second from 15-16 (Damn you Kyle! *Shakes fist*) I want to get back into it, actually. Hopefully the hotel im staying at next month has a pool.
POOF!
