Sleep?

My sleeping schedule confuses me. Often I find I am more energized during the day when I have only had about 5-6 hours of sleep than a complete "8". I mean, I feel asleep at about 1:30 and woke up at 6:00, and I am wide awake, even after running, where as days where I have went to bed early, I am tired. Is this natural?

Apparently your body doesn't need 8 then.. Go with 5-6 if you feel better

Everyone has their own optimum range of sleep hours, I'm an 7-8 hour person, I had a teacher that needed 4 hours, whatever works for you.
