Any one here practice Yoga?
So after a bulking cycle i had put on a little bit of body fat and was feeling really bored with weight lifting in general, so i hit the Cardio as you do and dicided to try Yoga.
I've been realy enjoying it as an alternative to weightlifting and also the change in diet etc... I will save the long story. Just wondered if anyone else here practiced Yoga and how they felt about it etc...

I think your trouble stems from using a powertool instead of files......its much easier to apply force in different ways to something when you can touch it all over without getting a finger lopped off. Much like the difference between Rape and Secks. |

I took a "sculpt" yoga class once didn't get to hardcore with it but man is it freaking hard..

Yeah i find it really challenging, which for me is quite enjoyble. Its deceving too, i had a friend of mine wha was quote: 'all about the iron' and i convinced him to try it one day and he came back and said he was buggered.
I just think its really cool because its not only excercise its also brings in some spiritual elements and emotinal ballence which i think (at risk of sounding new agey) is really cool. |

I did it about a year and a half ago and I loved it. I'm thinking about getting back into it.

I tried a yoga class once and hated it. Everything about it felt completely unnatural for my body. Pilates, on the other hand, i quite enjoy.

I yoga, it helps build long less bulky muscle. I BMX and rock climb so gaining a lot of bulk and mass is not ideal for me.. Yea Yoga rawks, it's a hell of lot harder than it looks. Keep it up!
