I usually don't like the idea of suing, because people today are too sue happy over issues. But in your case it's COMPLETELY justified! A year of chemo that 'hurts' you, and doesn't even work is completely bullshit. I'm so sorry to hear that dude.

No chemo will work on it? (I'm not familiar with teratoma). I don't wanna sound like a broken record, but if there's no chemo possible, DCA dude!
