I think stuff like that is only really intended for serious body builders, but I could be wrong. Remember that the first thing to do is figure out what you should be eating to acheive what you want. I'd think about that stuff later.
But im no expert |

I would say if you plan to lift any type of weight more than like 10lbs Take some whey protein. THis will help repair muscles and help make your muscles get bigger. Then depending how serious you get move onto glutamine and creatine. I enjoy reading the Muscle & Fitness magazines.

jason, I trust you know a thing or two regarding weight training and such from your previous posts
. I've been "bulking" up after I lost a ton of weight (not really "cutting" because I had, in a way, a "random" approach towards diet, exercise, and weight training, but it was effective). The bulking is working, I've gained muscle in my chest back (yea!), but man.. I knew I was going to gain fat, but I didn't know it THAT much (it's actually not a lot, but mentally it is). I'm going to start a real cutting regime tomorrow, so my question is, is there any real way to gain muscle while cutting? (I'm currently taking whey protein, creatine, l-glutamine) ~tehk Seven |
